The Can:Do Caper is a two day race around South Australia where up to 35 businesses compete using a combination of brains and brawn to win the title as the ultimate team! The race is based on the popular TV Show 'The Amazing Race' and follows Can:Do Group's award winning Amazing Race around Adelaide.
This race is not just about prizes, it's about reputation!
Geared to improve communication, encourage teamwork, build self-esteem through achievement, highlight special skills, develop team spirit, build morale within the workplace and create networking opportunities, the Can:Do Caper will engage and inspire team members and their colleagues.
Participating in the team building activities on the race is not the only benefit to the workplace. The fundraising will provide excellent opportunities for staff to work together and socialise!
Event details:
Up to 35 teams of four
Starts Friday 18 October 2013 at 8.30am
Finish Saturday 19 October 2013 at 6.30pm
Caper activities will be held at various pit stops around Adelaide and South Australia (no more than three hours from the CBD). Locations are kept secret and are revealed as the race unfolds.
Team registration of $590 per team includes all meals and accommodation
All funds raised through the Can:Do Caper go to South Australia’s two oldest charities; Can:Do 4Kids and Deaf Can:Do. Through the support of generous SA businesses, we’re able to continue making a difference to the lives of people with sensory impairment such as Charlie, pictured below.
